Summary of Experience and Qualifications of H. Eugene Tapley, Founder and President of CTM Consulting, Inc. and Chem-Tex Machinery, Inc.

H. Eugene Tapley, Mechanical Engineer. He is a machine designer and inventor.

Mr. Tapley founded Chem-Tex Machinery, Inc. In 1976. Chem-Tex has since sold and marketed products all over the world, providing engineering services, mechanical contracting and consulting services.

Mr. Tapley founded CTM Consulting in 1996, to provide independent engineering consulting services for the insurance industry. This service was set up at the request of several large insurance companies.

Prior to founding Chem-Tex, and CTM Consulting, Inc. Mr. Tapley’s career included serving in the following capacities:

Senior Design Engineer for Continental Can Company, Inc.
Manager of Engineering for Continental Can Company, Inc.
Senior Design Engineer for Phillip Morris, Inc.
Director of Engineering for E.T. Barwick Mills, Inc.

He has appeared as an expert witness in United States District Courts, Bankruptcy Courts, and State Courts in several states (list available upon request).
